
Fresh food Friday’s – you don’t feel like cooking, but you are looking for something nutritious, yum and home made, with an important role for vegetables, pulses, wholegrain, nuts? Look no further. Apply by sending an email and we’ll keep u posted on what’s cooking each week.

Every Friday there is a choice of three different dips (175gr), which are really nice and easy to eat with pan cristal, palitos, bread sticks, raw veggies, or some which you can use as a sauce to stir through pasta, or eat on bread / rice crackers.
Examples: sundried tomato pesto, pumpkin hummus, beetroot horseradish dip, olive tapenade, artischoke dip, mackerel lemon parsley dip, etc. Almost every dip contains nuts and / or pulses. Always home made.
4 euro or 3 for 10 euro (incl IVA)

There is always an option on Friday for a salad (400g, meal size). Examples include: tabouleh with feta, wild black rice with baked sweet potatoe, pickled red cabbage and haloumi (optional), a pasta salad with home oven dried tomatoes, arugula, oregano chicken, lentil ‘le puy’ salad with cucumber, tomato, mango. We use what’s in season and make sure it is a well balanced meal salad in terms of nutritional values. So it often contains a wholegrain (we use wholemeal couscous, wholemeal rice etc), lots of vegs, sometimes fruit and a proteine. Dressings also always homemade.
Price 8-12 eur (depending on protein)

A meal option. Often people pick up a salad or this meal option for lunch on Fridays or dinner that night. It is a well balanced meal option, with wholegrains, sometimes meat, sometimes fish, but mostly vegetarian. Contains seasonal vegs. Examples: lamb tajine with butternut squash and wholemeal couscous, indian red lentil dahl with homemade naan, melanzane alla parmigiana with simple green salad, jackfruit curry with wholegrain rice.

On Tuesdays we provide the menu to be picked up on Friday’s – you order what you’d like by thursday (all through whatsapp).
