Take away catering
You order, Mama’s cooking prepares, you pick up or we deliver. From dips, salads, soups, fish, meat, vegetarian, desserts – Mama’s cooking provides it to you in carton containers, and you assemble, heat, bake or grill fish or meat if needed. For a summer barbecue, birthday party, lunch buffet, you name it.

Ghostcooking
Entertaining guests, inviting people over for a meal: how handy would it be if you have everything prepped, so you can focus on the people, the atmosphere, the conversations, in stead of running around. Mama’s cooking prepares a 3, 4 or 5 course meal with clear instructions per course, so you just need a few minutes to assemble.

Private chef
Mama’s cooking brings all the freshly prepared food to your home and finishes it for you and your guests on the spot. You’ll be served, you can just sit back and relax. Possibilities for a 3, 4 or 5 course meal, all with fresh, seasonal ingredients with an international touch and planned to your wishes.

Mama’s cooking is best described as fresh, vibrant, international food. Mediterreanean, Middle eastern, Asian and Dutch flavours, all influence my cooking, where the basis is always fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. With a hero role for vegetables, wholegrains, nuts and pulses.
